Document Description
The Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ) program provides loans, technical assistance, and free product marketing to business that use materials from the waste stream to manufacture their products and are located in an RMDZ. Local governments who wish to take advantage of the incentives and assistance provided through CalRecycle's RMDZ program apply for designation as a zone. Once a jurisdiction is designated, it has to renew its designation (re-designation) every ten years.
