Document Description
Revision to Water Shortage Contingency Plan from 2010 Urban Water Management Plan to comply with State Water Resources Control Board emergency regulations adopted on July 15, 2014 and again on March 17, 2015. The revised Water Shortage Contingency Plan includes mandatory restrictions on outdoor irrigation with potable water in accordance with the emergency regulations and the Governor's Executive Order B-29-15. The revised Water Shortage Contingency Plan is proposed to be adopted by the Agency Board of Directors.
