The 40'x40' lease area will house all equipment for the facility, including an 11 1/2 foot by 10 1/2 foot pre-fabricated equipment shelter, underground power and telecommunications utilities, a 30kw emergency standby diesel generator with 132 gallon fuel tank, and coaxial cable ice bridge.
