Document Description
The proposed project involves replacement of portions of an existing floating dock at Wyatt Pier located at 939 Scott Street in the City of San Diego. Two 4-foot by 8-foot existing portions of a 537 sq. ft. wooden floating dock will be removed and replaced with a 4-foot by 8-foot wooden deck portions. The project will consist of replacing joists, connection hardwares, and decking of the existing floating dock. All repairs and construction will be performed within the existing permit area, as described in the Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit with the District and Laurie Wyatt Driscoll for this property (Clerk Doc. No. 56660). Overall, the replacement portion of the floating dock will be identical in length, widthm, and locations as the existing portions of the floating dock.
