Document Description
The proposed project involves the repair and resurfacing of the existing boat lot located in the northwest corner of the San Diego Yacht Club (SDYC) leasehold in San Diego, CA. The asphalt surface within the existing approx. 20,925 sq. ft. boat lot has deteriorated over time, and the proposed project will resurface the lot to improve its usability and appearance. The proposed project will not expand the existing boat lot or change the number or layout of parking spaces within the existing boat lot. Boats temporarily displaced by the proposed project will be relocated other unoccupied areas of the boat lot.
