Document Description
The San Andreas District is new to the organizational structure of the Department of Parks and Recreation and no base of operations for District personnel has been established. The project is on the west side of Orwin Way between 45121 Orwin Way and 54325 Orwin Way. Approximtely 16000 square feet will be disturbed for the driveway, parking lot, and modular pad. Approximately 5000 square feet will be used for the septic system, consisting of a 1500 gallon tank and 300 feet of infiltration in a manifold type leach field. Water and electrical are approximately 70 feet away from the porposed location of the modular, the trenching would be about 36 inches deep by 18 inches wide within the footprint of the parking lot and driveway.
