The project as covered under the scope of this Agreement is limited to remediation activty related to an existing unpermitted low water crossing on an unnamed intermittent tributary to Democrat Gulch. Remediation activities are limited to armoring of the existing low water crossing and removal of accumulated sediment within the stream channel below the existing crossing.
