Document Description
The California department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0360-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Nathan Machiorlatti. The project consists of 3 encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to Showers Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for this water diversion will include facility retrofit, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The two other proposed encroachmnets are to install culverts on road stream crossings with no current infrastructure. Work for these encroachments will include limited tree removal, excavation, installation of new properly sized culverts, backfiling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
