Document Description
The California department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0120-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Stanforth. The projects consists of three encroachments: One encroachment is for a well water diversion from the mad river. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The two other proposed encroachments are to restore two altered Class III stream channels. Work for these encroachments will include backfilling and compaction of fill of Class IV stream channels, recontouring of Class III stream channels at the point of excavation, construction of an infiltration gallery/bioswale, erosion control and revegetation with native plant species.
