Document Description
The proposed project is the adoption and implementation of the El Dorado County 2015-2035 Regional Transportation Plan. The 2035 RTP will update the existing 2010-2030 RTP and will fulfill the state requirements of AB 402 (Government Code Title 7, Chapter 2.5, Sections 65080-65082) using specific guidance from the 2010 California Transportation Commission (CTC) Regional Transportation Plan Guidelines. The RTP is a blueprint for the systematic development of a balanced, comprehensive, multimodal transportation system, including but not limited to: roadways, transit, aviation, goods movement, bikeways, pedestrian facilities, transportation systems management and intelligent transportation systems.
