Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an amendment to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0114-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Alpine County (Permittee) as represented by Brian Peters. The amendment allows the Permittee to construct a temporary bridge over Wolf Creek instead of the temporary culvert creek diversion and footpath that was included in the Agreement. The temporary bridge crossing would be constructed using a 14-foot wide, 57-foot long pre-fabricated railcar flat, wooden crossbeams, and concrete abutments and would completely span the wetted area of Wolf Creek. Temporary approach roads would be constructed on either side of the bridge using native fill.
