Document Description
The Sunset Whitney Residential project is a proposed residential development consisting of two phases on 7 acres on the Rocklin Golf Club. Phase 1 consists of 16 lots on 3.5 acres that would be accessed off of Sunset Blvd. This area currently consists of a green and tee box portion of the golf course which would have to be reconfigured to accommodate the residential lots. Phase 2 consists of 16 lots on 3.5 acres that would be accessed off of Midas Avenue. This area currently consists of law area, tennis courts, parking area and a maintenance facility; the tennis court facilities are being removed, the parking area is being reconfigured, and the maintenance facility is being reconfigured, and the maintenance facility is being relocated as part of the project.
