The project realigns and redefines foot trails to be constructed within Laurelwood Park and Sugarloaf Mountain Open Space. Short connector lengths of trail are identified to connect to the adjacent East Laurel Creek Road right-of-way in the City of Belmont. The project also redefines wildlife refugia habitat zones and coordinates these zones with the proposed trail network.
