Document Description
Request to expand almond and walnut hulling operation by constructing a 3,600 sq. ft. agricultural shop and four 10,000 sq. ft. agricultural storage buildings. This use previously approved under UP PLN2015-0034; however, the permit expired prior to construction of any approved structures. This request is an expansion of up 78-36 which included a truck scale house and office. The proposed nut hulling expansion anticipates 7-15 employee on-site during harvest season (August-November) and an estimate of 30-35 truck deliveries per day in between the house o f6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Storm water runoff will be handled by an onsite drainage ditch connected to a drainage basin on APN 016-031-115 (owned and operated by Westside Hulling Association).
