- The project proposal is to construct an approximately 85,700 sf, one-story self-storage facility on a 4.92 acre site located at 2400 East Monte Vista Avenue, in the Vacaville-Golden Hills Business Park. The site is bordered by East Monte Vista Avenue to the west, an I-505 on-ramp to the east, and vacant land to the north and south. The proposed storage facility will include an approximately 2,650 sf office with 4 parking stalls, decorative wrought iron perimeter fencing and landscaping. Access to the site will be provided by a new primary driveway along East Monte Vista Avenue, with a 20 ft. secondary driveway for emergency vehicle access. Exterior building materials include stucco walls with cultured stone and concrete "S" style roofing. The maximum building height is 24 ft. and the maximum Floor Area Ratio is .40.
