- Document Description
- The Rocklin Meadows project, which is located within the Green Brae Island Annexation area, proposes residential development on a 10 acre site in the County of Placer (to be annexed to City of Rocklin). The project would comprise the development of a 27 lot single family residential subdivision and would require a Tentative Subdivision Map and Oak Tree Preservation Plan Permit entitlements. The Greenbrae Island Annexation is the entire 103 acre unincorporated pocket south of Rocklin Road which includes areas along Aguilar Road and Greenbrae Road. The purpose of the annexation is to more efficiently provide services to the property and residents of the area which is completely surrounded by the City of Rocklin but remains an unincorporated area subject to the jurisdiction of Placer County.
