Document Description
The project applicant, Warmington Residential California Inc., proposes to demolish the existing motel buildings, single-family residences, convenience store, and parking lot facilities, subdivide the site into individual lots and common lots for single-family residences, private roads and bioretention areas. The proposed project would develop the site with 26 two- and three-story dwelling units comprised of four single-family detached units and 22 rowhouse units in four buildings. Seven rowhouse units in Building F would front on Fairchild Drive while four single-family detached homes on individual lots would front on Evandale Avenue. The remaining 15 rowhouse units would be located in three buildings (Buildings C, D, and E) in the center of the project site.
