Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0080-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Jeffrey Wilson, Feather River Canyon Services District. The project is limited to the replacement of the existing pipeline that was destroyed during the 2008 fires with a new 4-in and 6-in line to a new 60,000-gallong capacity storage tank. The water will be diverted for the purpose of fire protection and distributed to a series of hydrants throughout the Community of Toblin. The project will divert a max of 7,000 gallons per day as needed to fill the storage tank. Installation of the horizontal well screen within the diversion structure within Jackass Creek will be completed with an excavator. The excavator will be used to place cofferdams for water diversion, if needed, and to restore the channel to the original shape.
