Document Description
The City of Brentwood's offices for various divisions are located in portable offices in the Brentwood City Corporation Yard. To better accommodate staff at city buildout, the City proposes to construct a new 14,000 sf administration building, with a maximum height of 30 feet, to accommodate up to 65 employees from the Street Maintenance, Fleet and Facilities Maintenance, Water Operations, Park and Recreation Maintenance, and Administration divisions. The administration building would include a kitchen, break room, conference room, storage areas, working areas and locker rooms with showers for crews from various divisions, and a secondary operating center. The project would include up to 20 parking spaces for administrative staff and visitors.
