The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The project consists of: 1) replacing the existing culvert with a shortened and much wider and taller arched culvert; 2) regrading and modifying the depths and drainage gradients; and 3) restoring and enhancing habitat within the site and areas disturbed culvert replacement activities.
