Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement NO .1600-2018-0171-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Santa Cruz. The San Lorenzo River lagoon Interim Management Program (IMP) (2015) includes the installation of a "Head Driven Culvert" device to control the water level of the lagoon and the creation of Agreement covers the TOC portion of the MP and other sand management activities the Santa Cruz may avoid TOC.
