Conversion of a former 108,000 s.f. warehouse structure into a functioning church facility. The main functions that will be housed in the existing building will be a sanctuary, fellowship hall, adult and children's Sunday school classrooms a cafe and a gymnasium. A kitchen facility is also planned. Outside there will be 3.72 ac of playfield, including a on-site storm water retention basin. Total congregants at build out will be 1584. Hours will be throughout the week with Wednesday evening service for approx. 350, and the balance on Sunday AM. Approximately 34,728 sf of space will remain vacant and unused. Total construction will be 58,118 sf, with the balance for structural support. Approximately 30 full time employees will be working. Planned parking space is 541 stalls. Project requires a GPA/Rezone/CUP to go forward with proposed use.
