Document Description
The City of Wasco 2015-2023 Housing Element is designed to address the projected housing needs of current and future city residents (Govt. Code Sections 65580-65589.8). The 2015 Housing Element is the City's policy document guiding the provision of housing to meet future needs for all economic segments of Wasco, including housing affordable to lower-income households. The proposed Housing Element identifies the policies and programs which the City will implement to ensure that housing in Wasco is affordable, safe, and decent.
