The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of a 1-story, 28,878 sf DMV facility. Access to the facility would be provided from driveways on both 8th Street West and Avenue L-6. A total of 264 parking spaces would be provided including spaces for fuel efficient vehicles, test end parking, and handicap accessible parking. Areas within the project site would be designated for motorcycle testing and vehicle testing.
