The project is the proposed change of use of an existing 1,257 sf retail space into a 1,257 sf cafe/restaurant with 250 sf of service floor area and 29 indoor seats. The project also proposes the sale and dispensing of beer and wine only for on-site consumption. The proposed hours of operation will be from 6:00 am to 12:00am Sunday through Wednesday and from 6:00 am to 1:00 am Thursday through Saturday.
