Document Description
The proposed project is a master-planned community on an 831 acre site, and is organized into 44 planning areas (PAs) that include a mixture of residential, commercial, open space, and recreational uses. Up to 3,133 residential units or 3,385 residential units (if the commercial and school sites are not developed) would be built. A fire station, four community parks, and paseos incorporated to buffer the natural creeks are also proposed. The project would foster a quality, livable community through the implementation of the Specific Plan that ensures consistent quality of design.
