- The proposed project is a master-planned community on an 831 acre site, and is organized into 44 planning areas (PAs) that include a mixture of residential, commercial, open space, and recreational uses. The Specific Plan would designate about 517 acres for residential development; 185 acres for parks and paseos, including creek-edge linear parks; 26 acres for natural open space; and 104 acres for other uses including neighborhood commercial, public facilities, a school, roadway rights of way, and storm drain easements.
