Document Description
The project includes construction of 3 speculative warehouse buildings: Building A - 1,000,620 SF warehouse including 15,000 SF office space, Building B - 369,842 SF warehouse including 8,000 SF office space, and Building C - 90,987 SF warehouse including 8,000 SF office on 72.5 acres located at the SE corner of Palmyrita Avenue and Michigan Avenue. The buildings are intended to be used as warehouse/distribution facilities; however, end users have not been identified at this time. The proposed design will be concrete tilt-up buildings. The project includes 585 standard and handicap parking spaces, 272 trailer spaces, and 221 dock doors. The project includes a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Variance, Tentative Parcel Map, and Conditional Use Permit.
