This is a streetscape plan to traffic-calm Palm Avenue/SR 75 through improvements that include widened medians and sidewalks with additional landscaping, enhanced pedestrian safety "refuges," marked crosswalks, curb ramps, bulb-outs at intersections, narrower traffic lanes, on-street lanes, on-street diagonal parking along side streets and bicycle lanes.
