Document Description
The project involves the construction, use, and maintenance of a new four-unit small lot subdivision. The proposed new small lot units will be three stories with a maximum height of 39 feet six inches and will include a minimum of two parking spaces per unit (eight parking spaces total) within attached private garages. The project site includes one non-protected tree, which will be removed as part of the project. The applicant is requesting a Vesting Tentative Tract Map for the subdivision of four small lots in the creation of four small lot development in the R3-1 Zone. The existing house on the project site will be demolished as part of the project. The existing home was built in 1921 but is not considered an historic feature, as determined by the Office of Historic Resources of the City of Los Angeles.
