Document Description
The pump house is owned by California American Water. On June 10, 2014, the City of Pacific Grove Building Official determined that the pump house was damaged beyond repair. A Historic Demolition Permit was submitted by the owner to the Community and Economic Development Department on July 7, 2014, to remove the property from the Historic Resources Inventory and demolish the structure, due to safety concerns.
