The proposed project is on a site that is approximately 31,050 sf (five lots) and includes the construction of a five-story, 54'5" tall building with 91 residential units, including eight units for very low income households, and a minimum of 110 parking spaces on two subterranean levels. The proposed project includes a minimum of 10,675 sf of open space. The total project size is approximately 83,415 sf of floor area. The site is located in the Wilshire Community Plan Area, and is zoned C2-1 and R4-1 with General Plan Designations of Community Commercial and High Medium Residential. The project requires the export of 30,000 cubic yards of dirt. The project proposes the removal of three non-protected trees onsite.
