Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0003-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans. The proposed Project includes the construction of a four foot median buffer and widening the existing shoulder to eight feet along Hwy 395. The existing centerline would be modified by constructing centerline and shoulder rumble strips. The project includes extending 23 culverts including removing existing headwalls, installing new rock slope protection, and installing new wing walls. There are a total of 34 drainages including the 23 culverts that will be impacted due to widening the road.
