DTSC, pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, sections 25323.1 and 25346.1 pursuant to the Health and Safety Code (H&SC) is considering approving a Removal Action Workplan at the Courtaulds Aerospace Site. The purpose of the project is to remediate soil contaminated by metal recovery operations that occurred across the street at the former Mobile Smelting facility.
