SDRWQCB is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification (Cert. No. R9-2015-0190) to the project applicant. The applicant proposes improvements to the Marina and Boat Launch Facility that includes the following: reconfigure and replace Dock C, replace the boat launch ramp and public dock, replace rock revetment with a new sandy beach, maintenance-dredging, and repair of Glorietta Bay Park Storm Drain Outfall. Permanent loss and ecological degradation will be off-set by eelgrass habitat mitigation.
