Demolition of an existing 169-unit apartment building and the subdivision of a 171,492 sf site to create 270 dwelling units, utilizing a 35 percent ministerial density bonus. The development will be comprised of five, four story buildings over one level of subterranean parking containing 599 parking spaces and 24 surface parking spaces. The buildings will observe a maximum height of 45 ft with a total floor area of 252,416 sf. The project will require the removal of 90,000 cy of material.
