Document Description
The project involves the demolition of an existing 169 unit apartment building and the construction, use, and maintenance of a new 270 unit condominium development. Most of the units within the existing apartment complex are currently occupied. The proposed new condominium development will be four stories in height and will include a minimum of 478 residential parking spaces and a minimum of 135 visitor parking spaces within two subterranean parking levels. The project will require the export of approximately 90,000 cubic yards of dirt. The project site includes 141 non-protected trees, of which 126 trees will be removed as part of the project.
