Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Certification No. R9-2022-0059) to the Project Applicant to The Discharger proposes to use beach quality sand from upland development, wetland restoration, and/or sediment dredge projects as potential sources of sand for beach sand replacement on Oceanside beaches. The Discharger proposes to place a maximum volume of 750,000 cubic yards of sediment during a five-year period of permit term with an annual maximum placement of 150,000 cubic yards of beach quality sand
