FYI: Final The project includes demolition of the existing 90,000 sf office building at the corner of Laurel Canyon and Erwin Street and ~10,000 sf Macy's annex building, as well as the removal of an approximately 20,000 sf portion of the existing Macy's building. The existing main Macy's building would be expanded and re-used for ~500,000 sf of office uses. The project also involves development of the remainder of the Project site with ~300,000 sf of commercial uses, as follows: 142,513 sf of retail land uses, 48,687 sf of restaurant land uses, 40,000 sf of health club/gym, and 68,800 sf of cinema uses (with 1,750 seats). The project also includes the development of two residential buildings containing a total of 742 residential units.
