The project includes demolition of the existing 90,000 sf office building at the corner of Laurel Canyon and Erwin Street and ~30,000 sf of the existing Macy's annex building. The main Macy's building would be expanded and re-used for ~500,000 sf of office uses. The project also involves development of the remainder of the Project site with ~300,000 sf of commercial uses, as follows: 142,513 sf of retail land uses, 48,687 sf of restaurant land uses, 40,000 sf of health club/gym, and 68,800 sf of cinema uses (with 1,750 seats).
