Document Description
The temporary lodge facility construction site is located on Beale Air Force Base (AFB). The temporary lodge facility will consist of four buildings that totals approximately 46,500 square feet. The construction of the temporary lodge facility requires excavating 0.025 acre/350 linear feet of seasonal wetland swale and 0.016 acre of drainage channel to improve the drainage for the site, and filling 0.007 acre of vernal pools for site preparation. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board will be issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for construction activities relating to this project.
