Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-16314-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant Michael Baker International, as represented by Gordon Youde. The Project for purposes of this Agreement are activities in three streams: Drainage-2, Drainage-8, and Drainage- 10. The streams occur within an approximately 258.17-acre project, which would allow for the development of a total of 177 single-family residences on 161.34 acres, and result in the preservation of 96.83 acres for open space and recreational trails. Drainage-2 activities consist of filling the onsite portions of ephemeral Drainage-2 to support construction of the southwestern portion of development. Drainage-8 activities will consist of filling the onsite portions of ephemeral Drainage-8 to support construction of the central portion of development. Drainage-10 activities will consist of filling the onsite portions of ephemeral Drainage-10 to support construction of the northeastern portion of development. All three drainages will result in being permanently (0.398-acres) filled as part of the Project development.
