CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2014-0126-R6 [Revision 1]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: RCFC Investments, LLC, represented by Gordon Youde, 26071 Merit Circle, Suite 101, City of Laguna Hills, State of California, 92653, Phone (949) 367-9400. The Sun City Tentative Tract Map No. 31456 Project is limited to the development of 177 single-family residences and associated infrastructure on approximately 161.34 acres, including a 2.60-acre detention/debris basin located at the southeast corner of the property and a 3.34-acre park and multi-function trail/paseo adjacent to the detention basin. A total of 96.83 acres of undeveloped land will be preserved as open space.
