Document Description
The project is limited to the following: 1) installation of a 6 foot by 3-foot trash rack at the entrance to the existing headwall upstream of an existing culvert; 2) construction of a 100-foot-long by 10-foot-wide permanent gravel access road leading from Old La Honda Road to the creek channel for future culvert maintenance and; 3) installation of an energy dissipater on the downstream side of the culvert to decrease water velocity and minimize erosion. This work is a continuation of a previous emergency repair to the damaged culvert. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0433-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
