Document Description
Permittee proposes to complete and permit a grading violation with the County of Santa Barbara. The Permittee graded both banks of Los Pinos Creek, a tributary to Santa Agueda Creek, which flows into the Santa Ynez River where Highway 154 crosses the River. The Permittee graded the banks which were vertical, to a stable 2:1 slope for safety and stability. Approximately 500 to 700 cubic yards of material was altered, and no material was imported or exported. The area is covered mostly with grasses, and a few scattered trees.
