Document Description
The storage capacity of the system was found to be inadequate due to the lack of reserve storage for emergency events and fire-flow, and also because of the severe strucutral deficiencies in the redwood tanks. Replacing two redwood tanks will improve efficiency, conserve water, and increse the District's water storage.
