Document Description
The project includes removing the existing pavement and base material and replacing it with aggregate base and asphalt concrete. The existing pavement is deteriorating and successive pavement overlays have raised the elevation of the roadway, which affects drainage and curb ramps. Existing asphalt concrete will most likel be removed by grinding and the balance would be excavated.
