The project proposes to remove and replace approx. 79 linear feet portion of an existing seawall along San Diego Bay for the purpose of repairing the foundational deficiencies of the wall portion and restoring the wall portion to the original design specifications. The demolition, removal, and replacement of the seawall will be performed during low tide and from the land side only; there will be no in-water construction.
