Document Description
The Project is to inspect the pipeline right-of-way and to maintain a minimum 3-foot depth of cover over buried sections of the pipe. Authorized cover materials include soil, ungrouted rock rip-rap, and pre-cast articulated concrete-block. In no instance will cover material be placed above the natural grade of the channel so as to cause a condition of impoundment or change in the natural flow path of the waterway.
