Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0442-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Frenchman's Creek water District, LLC. The Project covers the operation of an existing flashboard dam, which is operated by the Frenchman's Creek Water District. The current flashboard structure was constructed in the 1940's, but the flashboard dam has been in operation in that location since 1907. The flashboard dam is operated from May 15 to October of each year to provide irrigation water from approx. 135 acres of agricultural lands.
